Have you been thinking of making an online course during the coronavirus lockdown? In this video I discuss some reasons why it might be a great time for you to do this, why it might not, and some pitfalls to watch out for.
Click here for the free online course brainstorming sheet and resource list I mentioned in the video.
Here’s what I discuss in the video:
- How some people have a lot of spare time at the moment, both to make and take courses.
- Why an online course might not be the best option if you need to take a face-to-face workshop online quickly, and what to do instead.
- Making a course that doesn’t sell is always a risk, but I believe that risk is even higher during the lock down. The way to avoid this is with knowing your audience, good planning and research (this will help)
- Meet your audience where they are right now. They will have different priorities during the lockdown than usual.
